Lawrence Wong, LMT, CFSC, PN

Specialist in Neuromuscular Manual Therapy and Performance Optimization for Elite Athletes

 

Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to overcome physical limitations and achieve peak performance, Larry Wong is a highly skilled Licensed Manual Therapist (LMT) with a proven track record of success, including work with Olympic athletes. He is the founder of Function Manual Therapy, where he delivers exceptional care informed by his comprehensive certifications in Functional Strength Training (CFSC) and Precision Nutrition (PN).

Larry’s approach is deeply rooted in his own experience as a high-level athlete in numerous sports such as Table Tennis, Volleyball, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This firsthand understanding of the demands placed on the body, combined with rigorous training in biomechanics and neuromuscular principles, allows him to provide targeted and effective rehabilitation strategies. His commitment to providing "the utmost excellent care" stems from his personal experience with the transformative power of specialized manual therapy.

Beyond his clinical expertise with everyday people and athletes of all levels, including Olympians, Larry embodies a holistic approach to wellness, integrating his knowledge of nutrition and functional movement to support his clients' overall health and performance goals. He continues to pursue his diverse interests in photography, culinary arts, and performing arts, enriching his perspective and fostering a well-rounded approach to life and practice.
