While I deeply respect all forms of bodywork, I prefer the term "Manual Therapy" because it better reflects the clinical, results-oriented nature of what I do. If you've ever visited a spa or relaxation-focused massage therapist and mentioned a painful area, you may have experienced the frustration of leaving feeling relaxed—yet somehow that specific problem remains untouched or only briefly addressed.

That's not what happens here. I use neuromuscular techniques to directly access painful areas, identify the underlying causes of dysfunction, and work to realign and restore proper function.
